Honesdale's
historic Church Street contains six magnificent
churches. St. Mary's Catholic Church, located at
the corner of Church & 5th Streets, was built
in 1860. St. John's Lutheran Church, located at
the corner of Church & 7th Streets, was formally
dedicated in 1904. The First Baptist Church of Honesdale,
located at the corner of Church & 12th Streets,
was dedicated in 1846. This elegant structure is
the oldest church building in Honesdale. Be sure
to bring your camera to capture the magnificent
spires on these wonderful structures. |

in 1869. |

Grace
Episcopal Church, located at 827 Church
Street, was completed in 1854. The adjacent
parsonage was built in 1876. |

in 1872. |
